![]() I've done a similar operation on 32 bit systems without a problem.Ĥ. I tried to back up 2 physical drives: C drive with programs on it, and a second physical HD with my data and documents. THe auto update choice was supposed to be active.ģ. (within last 3 months), I assume it went for newest version. When I upgraded to Win 7 32 bit, I did a fresh install and reloaded Acronis. Acronis worked on this computer and its components when I had VISTA 32 bit as the OSĢ. The crux of the problem is that I go through the back up process without an apparent problem, except when the back up ends, no back files are permanently written to the back up hard drive. I recently upgraded my OS to Win 7 64 bit. I've got a confusing problem with Acronis 2010 Home backup.
